When you add a watch to inventory, the system instantly scans all waiting customers for a matching model number.

If a match is found, a Match Alert appears on screen showing the customer's name and contact details — so you can reach them immediately.

The match is also saved in the Match Logs for your records.

When you register a customer with a model request, they are placed on the Waiting list.

If the requested model is already in stock (status: Available), the system will immediately show you the available inventory so you can close the deal right away.

Future inventory additions that match this model will automatically trigger a match alert.
